I don’t think it should be absolutely forbidden, just openly communicated about when it does (inevitably) happen so there are no surprises and the (again, inevitable) drama is minimized. Ain’t no way you’re gonna get a bunch of young people who work closely together often not to fuck, if you forbid it they’re just gonna keep silent about it.
