Along with all of their other punishments, judges should start sentencing these people to take English classes.
They had government funded English classes. It’s called “school”. Went on for years, didn’t work apparently. So what’s more classes gonna do?
Yeah, but they didn’t have to take a test to prove they were paying attention in order to stay out of prison back then.
