I wanna play my fitgirl repacks minus all the stuttering but nvidia is transphobic :(((
Tried NVK but then realized that all my apps don’t have it turned on yet because mesa 24.1 hasnt been released and so they default to OpenGL or don’t run at all.
The wait is so excrutiating because it’s right there. Just give me my nvidia 555 driver naowhhhh!!!

Play game on X11, anything else Wayland. That’s my cope anw.
I switched to X11 exclusively, I have too many prgorams that don’t seem to play nice with Wayland.
Gaming on Nvidia Wayland is working for me but xwayland apps are a flickering nightmare, Spotify especially. Still very much looking forward to the new driver tho.

X11 would black screen my entire desktop after a few minutes so I was funnily forced to use wayland.
Most of the flickering and stuttering happens with apps run through dxvk and wine which happen to be all my games :(((
