Two weeks after workers at the company announced a union drive, Grindr management has issued a return-to-office policy that workers say is retaliatory.

Littler Mendelson is a law firm that says it specializes in “initiating strategies that lawfully avoid unions.”
What a shitty thing to specialize in. It’s a shame that anyone who works in that law office is able to sleep at night knowing that their specialty is screwing over labor.
Well. I can tell you they don’t give a damn. It’s just numbers for them. In the most bigger companies they see you as a replaceable unit and your job is developed that way, that someone else can take over easily.
Union-busting has been a job for over a century. And it’s always been one that attracted the scum of the Earth.
Executive #1: Our workers are unionizing, we need some retribution.
Executive #2: That’s illegal
Executive #1: Not if we punish all our workers
All executives: Genius! Give this man a raise!

Shouldn’t Grindr of all companies know that if you invite a dude to your house that they probably aren’t actually going to show?
Well damn, good thing they rejected my application last month
This is part of the reason I’m so hesitant about switching jobs right now. If you don’t get laid off you’ll probably get forced back into the office to get people to quit without layoffs.
It seems like it doesn’t matter where the parent company pretends to be on the political spectrum, they all hate unions. I hope they remember who their customers are.
Like, I know we are on this platform to get fucked, but none of us consented to their Xtra money gouging kink. Seriously, the app becomes worse by the day.
I just wanna hook up, not be hooked to some shit-tier-feature-block-$ubscription-bullshit their incompetent hacks have spat out.
Fuck the corpos. Unionize! Support work-from-home doctrine! Build open platforms!
