This actually looks pretty good! Never played a Fable game. But the vibe/humor/timing of the actors in this trailer is fun. Is that Super Hans???

The thing Fable was infamous for back in the day was promising impossible shit during development and not delivering any of it and while I don’t expect history to repeat I do suspect that it rhymes
That said Fable was always fun for what it was and I expect that to be the case too unless they completely fuck this up

I loved the other games and this one looks great. Can’t wait to pirate it.
I heard a lot of praise around the OG. So is this like a reboot or remake? Voice acting seems solid. BG3 raised the bar a bit so… hope it turns out.
Not a remake by the look of it. As for the story… lol, the original trilogy goes from “serviceable and goofy” to “landlord simulator” so I wouldn’t have high hopes. One of the earliest games to have a “good/bad meter” and part of the fun was abusing it to do stupid shit. Donate money to the homeless? Good. Killing the homeless? Evil, but potentially less evil than the donations. Fable 3 had an issue where the more food healing items you ate, the fatter you got, and one of the rewards in a DLC was a potion that let you be thin again.
