I’ve bought Insignia TVs for how many features they lack. The ones I have work just like you’re describing. When it’s time for me to replace them, if there’s nothing comparably basic still available, I’ll probably just buy a Dell monitor of an appropriate size.

I actually use the OTA tuner on one of my TVs, but fortunately you can buy external boxes that do the same job.
