@someLinuxDude @schaeferpp I don’t know why people are celebrating it, but commercially supported Linux distributions aren’t especially harmful either. They’re not for you, they’re for businesses which need strict guarantees about the software they are running. They’re aiming to be the Linux version of “nobody ever got fired for buying IBM.”
