    Reminder, it is not illegal to discuss your wages with coworkers. In fact, policies saying it’s against company policy are most likely illegal.

    Not discussing wages only benefits the company, and hurts all employees. Do not let these corporate bastards get away with wage theft. These people are not your family. They will gladly throw you out into the cold if it meant earning more money.
