I went in the sun Thursday around 90°F temperature and didn’t put on sunscreen. Now I’m kind of feeling pretty bad.

It’s also going to make your skin look much older over time. Hydrate. Cool the skin down. Apply moisturizing lotion. And don’t do that again.
