Really glad to see this and I hope others follow their lead. I get a number of “when the fun stops…” adverts, and its seems like such an obvious reverse psychology tactic.
Good, that’s all I can say. Gambling is a scourge on this country.
When half of your adverts are about how deleterious gambling is and how much you help addicts you have to wonder what the point is anyway.
OK, but purely performative, when less than 1% of Guardian ads had anything to do with gambling.
