    No standard is perfect. Imagine there is some misinterpretation by current web browsers implementations. Then it is shadow standard, a wrong template.

    Also, most of current websites expect almost all of the Chrome/Webkit features to be implemented and working exactly the same or website would break. Imagine new browser that has 99% of Chrome features but does not yet have CSS floats or something. Complete breakage. This is opposite of what the web was supposed to be, an easly archivable and inbreakable interconnected document format.
