I’d love to see this in haiku form, but it doesn’t fit the rhythm

She checks your phone to see if you’re cheating
    but all she finds
    are star trek memes

She checks your phone to see if you’re cheating

      but all she finds

      Is Star Trek memeing

Not sure if it fits a haiku pattern, but how about that?

Haikus are 7-5-7 for syllable patterns. This would be the correct lines:

She checks your phone to see if

        you’re cheating but all

she finds is Star Trek memeing

I went to check because the rhythm felt wrong. Haikus are 5-7-5. We’re two syllables too long. Maybe this would work:

        She checks your phone to

see if you cheat but all she

        finds are Star Trek memes

          She’s checking your phone

          Expecting cheating, she finds

          Only Star trek memes

          Now a limerick!
A young Vulcan once lived in Nantucket
His logic so sharp he could… I don’t know what to put next.

There once was a Vulcan from Nantucket

With a logic so sharp he could pinch hit

            In an old human game

            Which he loses, so lame

and the rhyme for Nantucket? Amok it.

A Vulcan they called Mister Jibbles
once had a basket of tribbles
they bred all night long, multiplied by the dawn
and caused lots of trouble mayhem and giggles!

              EDIT: take a wild guess
EDIT2: the Vulcan with logical giggles!
