My downstairs neighbour is super right wing, told me he is as far right as you can go, full on conservative voter in the UK.
The other day he told me Trump is the only one that is going to be able to save the world and under his rule, the Russia Ukraine war would have never happened.
Told him Trump is in bed with Russia and would have just allowed them to take over, he said no and Trump siding with Russia would benefit the entire world’s economy.
Straight face said this to me, man has brain-rot.
I would have asked how does a country start a war invading itself, not really expecting anything intelligent response, but let’s him know real fast I think he’s insane, hopefully. Then actually treat him like a snot-noise kid, brushing him off.
What’s russian bringing to the world economy other than cheap oil? That you can source from multiple other less dickish countries.
Which would also hurt the economy, given that the US is pumping more oil than ever…
