Its seems like such an incredible oversight that it ends up OTC unlike codeine in many places when its far more traditionally neurochemically altering.
I’m glad its available and can be used once in a while as a poor-man’s ketamine to help recalibrate your affect and mental state and get the neuroplasticity shifting things around.
Who has experience(s) with DXM?
Somehow I missed that DXM could be used this way. The antidepressant I take includes DXM in it, but clearly not at the level of dosage that you’re probably referring to 😅
