I can’t find much about Blinken’s statement outside of what Fox News and NY Post have reported. Even then, it’s not even quoting a full sentence from Blinken. I’d like to see what he said as a whole because it’s easy to take those comments out of context.

Looks like the Bloomberg article was about Biden calling Xi a dictator. They’re not mad that it’s true, they’re just mad Biden said it. And of course Russia had to run to Xi’s defense, because well, they know it’s true of Putin too.
