Doctors Without Borders said Tuesday it has closed its operations in Russia after 32 years, citing a Justice Ministry letter that said the medical aid group had been removed from a register of foreign nongovernmental organizations.

    thanks for the help haha. i thought it was pretty clear i meant if russia was going to force doctors without borders into having some borders we could think of them as being the thing i said. i’m still taking that hiatus thuough. i hated this lol
