Workflow is capture face, query Pimeyes, query data brokers, LLM then quickly sorts that info. The data sets are already available through Pimeyes and various data brokers. Google says they did it 10 years ago and according to Eric Schmidt it’s one of the only Google products they decided not to release.
Where are you getting 10 grand from? These are $299 on amazon.
