My understanding is that nuke tests creat a very distinctive seismic signature that is relatively easy to detect for world powers.
Please no I have been pledging to eat various hats and shoes for decades if Iran ever goes against Khomeini’s fatwa and gets the nuke no amount of fiber is going to pass three fedoras and six pairs of boots.
