This artist has many names: I found Suisuihoi, Isa, Swimmy, Shiyamaple, and Cyakapon. One thing that’s consistent, though, is the artist’s refreshing blue color palettes. Pixiv-tan is blue, too, so it’s natural she’s here filling in the sky.
