Two defendants have invoked Georgia’s “speedy trial” law which means their trials HAVE to be held before 11/3 or the charges will be dropped. Because the RICO charge hits ALL of them, Willis is like “Game on, you want early trials? EVERYONE gets early trials…”

What the chances of the courts holding ths up? You look at New York and the other indictments and trails for those not set until long into next year.
