I’ve heard that kinda “firing” is pretty common in Japan and one of the MANY reasons why the world culture there is so fucked.

Honestly though, that shit wouldn’t work on me. Hell yeah I’ll get paid to sit in a room and do nothing all day. Until you actually fire my ass, you’ll still have to pay me.
