Hey all! I’m pretty new to disc golf, I’ve only been playing for a few months. I can get some/most discs to go around 300’, but I’m really stalling out there. Which makes 400’, par 3 holes, very challenging. Any tips for increasing distance? Anything would be much appreciated.

My distance drivers are about five grams lighter than all my other discs, which seems to help.

It’s going to take a few form adjustments to get more distance, though. That is the main thing. The only way to make progress there is to film yourself. The way it feels you are throwing is different than the way you are actually throwing. Once you see the mistakes you’re making there are drills you can do. DG Spin Doctor on youtube has some, there are others, too.

Maybe pick one thing at a time. Enjoy the process of improving. Have fun.

May you, the course, and your card mates be met with respect as you throw. 🖖🏼
