Mercer isn’t letting them skip this combat. Sick battle map too! Classic king of the mountain style. This fight has been put on countless covers of books. Even the voice (Evolthrir?) sounds like it hurts coming out, and I thought Serkis’ Gollum was harsh.
Im a sucker for paisley and Emily’s outfit has won for my favorite this ep. Aimee has won pretty much the rest.
They ran through this Evolthrir’s legendary actions damn quickly ~10 minutes into battle. Im less worried about anyone falling. The big battle map had me thinking they were gonna get mobbed by an army.
Just caught up and the end of this episode had me pumped for next month!

Forgot VOD doesn’t have the lead in art gallery. I remember it had two winged serpents fighting, vibrant colors and that distinct thick outline style. I don’t believe it was CR related.

This is a total tinfoil hat theory, but I think he’s a Cerberus Assembly spy. He’s got a high CHA stat (useful for deception), he’s loaded with spells, he’s laying on thick the “aww shucks I don’t understand what’s happening” bit, and his name is Dog’Son. He’s a son of Cerberus.
