Roe getting stuck down was very specifically the fault of the entire democratic and Republican parties since roe was ruled. From the very day of the ruling legal commentators tried to push pro abortion sides of both parties to pass a law ensuring the right given the ruling was so poorly made.

To your second point Harris has explicitly promised to continue videns policy on Israel, which is to send troops and arms to the country so they may commit genocide without any outside interference.
