It literally is. That’s what the system you’ve set up is about. Who can get the support of the populace - i.e. who is more popular?

kicking lenin, stalin, and other prominent bolsheviks out of the party and watching the thing collapse but its okay since now no one good at their job is in charge so that means we’re not tankies
We can’t kick them out though since a formalised hierarchy or centralized organisation would be bad. We can’t make a commitee about it either though, since that would be bureaucracy. We can’t exclude them socially either, since that would mean they lose their friends upon leaving the org. Luckily none of us are doing anything, so it doesn’t really matter.
