Realistically, Bibi will do whatever he wants. There’s too much political influence in the US from Israel for any president to withhold Irsaeli aid or munitions. The president cannot withhold congressional funding so it is up to congress to stop financing a genocide. The best Biden could do is pressure his own party to stop funding, pressure Bibi into a ceasefire, and provide emergency aid to genocide victims.
