Copyright BS aside, the weird part is that the Japanese version was fine and the bands used are… Japanese. How on English did they not get the proper rights for the foreign version, which uses translated lyrics too so not even the actual lyrics?
I’m not a lawyer but I would imagine there’s all kinds of bullshit with licensing for international use of the songs. Probably why we will never ever see an authorized translation of the shiori experience either
