I have:

  • joint
  • youtube
  • back/side/hair tickles from bf
  • lavender incense
  • instant ramen for days
  • plush toys
  • green tea for days
  • hot water bottle sometimes
  • specifically blue slush (shaved ice for you psychopaths)

🎵 These are some of my favourite things 🎶

And then a hot bath or shower if the headaches happens. Oh and cover all the mirrors in the house.

But like mine have been so irregular the last couple of months and I don’t bleed so it’s so hard to know if I’m finally going insane or whoops just my period I’m fine 🙃

    • short celebration that I’m not pregnant
    • ibuprofen
    • get away from other people asap
    • cranberry juice
    • binge-eating during the first 24 hours so that I can’t feel the cramps as much, especially dessert
    • try to distract myself the best I can with video games
    • hot showers and ice-cold drinks
    • just not giving a fuck about body maintenance for the next 3-4 days

      My biggest mistake is going overboard with body maintenance in some kinda sad attempt to offset the self hate when I should just goblin mode for the week. I just don’t wanna have to deal with the office while also looking and feeling like death.
