My most recent unemployment was not from government but I have been putting in and this is a response that there is a freeze so this is one of many postings that were canceled. I put in for government positions both nationally and state wide as (theoretically) you know the jobs are real. So my main point was just the executive order does have them putting a kybosh on jobs which means a kybosh on any particular projects in general
Yeah, I get it. My company has been in a hiring freeze since 2021. :( “But hey! We aren’t laying anyone off!” - Yeah, we aren’t replacing anyone either…
