What are you doing to stay warm if you are in the northern hemisphere? What are you doing to stay cool if you are in the south? Any seasonal activities you’re getting into?

I live in a desert climate so it is actually the nice time of year for me here. I’ve been going for long walks every day to stay active and trying to find something to do every day outside until the heat starts to kick up in a few months again. I’ve been going through early 90s hip hop as I walk around and reconnecting with some old classics from when I was a teenager like the Jazzamatazz albums from Guru, Tribe and early Mos Def.
Had a pretty intense morning, walked to the store to get some fruit and veg, got sweet potatoes in the oven, making an oat meal waffle, making pinto beans, and a ton of other chores before it is even 7am. Looking forward to taking it easy today even though I have work, I don’t feel like stressing myself out lol.
I’ve been looking towards resistance training routines but I’ve never really done or kept up with it. I have some dumbbells but never have like a routine. I’m not looking to get big and muscular or anything just not die in the near term as I cross into my late 40s and 50s lol
