You could find juicy olives for this, or maybe switch to a sugary pb? The olives work so well because you’re layering salt and fat. Adding the extra texture is just the chefs kiss.
I think your suggestion would be perfect, I’m trying to say your idea of olives on PB would solve my issues with PB
