At 25 seconds in, one wheel that has been knocked off a component I don’t recognize rolls across the floor and hits another wheel at the base of a ramp, which is nudged forward and then accelerates up the ramp as if something is applying a torque to it until it hits another wheel, which does the same thing.
It has a weight inside at the top. Before being knocked is balanced, then the the weight ‘falls’ forward causing the tire to seem to be rolling up the ramp. But the center of gravity is going down.
