Are you not? I’m surprised when I meet anyone who cares about social justice who isn’t vegan. If animals don’t matter I don’t know why humans would. Humans are animals. If what differentiates us from fascists is meaning to include all humans in our chosen in-group that’d make us no less barbaric with respect to the rest of life.
