Wok cooking at its finest.
Two modifications I would recommend to her cooking style:
- Swap out the cooking oil for real fat
- Choose a shrimp, tamarind paste that is low carb
Ingredients:
- salted eggs
- diced pork (or beef)
- cooking fat (she uses veggie oil, but I don’t recommend)
- lettuce
- fresh chilis
- shrimp paste
- tamarind paste
- diced garlic
- fish sauce
- brown sugar (obviously you skip this on LCHF!)

Basically its a traditional dish to get rid of leftovers, so you can’t go wrong.
