This executive order that trump signed states in section 2, subsections d and e that, “Female means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell.” and “Male means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell.”

BUT according to science which we all know republicans love, all embryos are female until around 6-7 weeks into the pregnancy. so now all americans are legally female! (theres also debate over whether embryos even have a sex at that point or not, so maybe we’re all non-binary!)
