“Korea” is still ongoing.
It didn’t end in draw because that war/“police action” hasn’t ended yet.
It has functionally ended though.
So why does The US have a military presence in the south of the country?
By your logic, the war against Japan never ended because we have a base in Okinawa.
My logic is fighting on the Korean peninsula stopped with a cease fire, not a peace treaty, but yes, Okinawa and Japan are two countries the USA is currently occupying.
