Most likely this has been brought up, but just want to be sure. Does anyone else tap the number of upvotes in the bottom left of a post trying to upvote it rather than the actual upvote button on the bottom left? This then opens the thread.
Same thing with comments, I tap the number of upvotes on a comment thinking I will be adding to it, but that just collapses the comment. Instead I need to use the swipe right function to actually upvote.
I’m aware of what I need to do, but my brain just can’t adjust.
Hoping this will be addressed in a future update. Really enjoying this app and the communities.
I haven’t seen this be brought up before but it was a concern of mine whilst designing the UI. I’ll see what we can do about it, since it is behaviour that may occur and well, it has.
Apollo allows voting from the feed by swiping like Memmy does as of late, but also allows this by tapping/ and then coloring the vote count. The other arrows aren’t there at all. I can’t recall if that’s a setting to turn on/off.
Sorry I meant “bottom right” for the actual upvote button for posts. But I don’t know how to edit posts/comments on the app.
Yeah I do this all the time. Swipe to upvote for posts would be great
Just came back to test Memmy for the second time and I’ve tried upvoting using the arrows on the left
