When the pandemic first struck I had an Amazons basic chair that I didn’t use that often because I was always in my office and within 2 months I got the worst back pain of my life so I located a used office supply store near where I live and got a herman miller aeron and it went away. I have the full ergonomics set up now including keyboard trey at arm level, a foot stool, high quality chair and monitor stand to keep it at eye level lol
