Maybe it was just your phrasing that confused me.
But I appreciate and agree that we need to talk about how all of our “leaders” are trying to increase their own power at our expense. And that this bill is certain to be abused by whoever happens to be in charge.
He is signing this primarily to his own benefit, not yours or mine. If he does anything to truly benefit the population it is purely cascading in nature. Trump will abuse this just as belligerently as he abuses the court system.
