I’m a believer that a proletarian revolution will likely be violent, but it isn’t true that there are no nonviolent revolutions. Here’s a list of some revolutions that were nonviolent:
The Tunisian Revolution (2010–2011)
The Glorious Revolution (1688, England)
The Belgian Revolution (1830)
The Indian Independence Movement (19th–20th centuries)
The Velvet Revolution (1989, Czechoslovakia)
The People Power Revolution (1986, Philippines)
The Sudanese Revolution (2018–2019)
