      From what I read at the time, this was the plan.
      Submit to the court a weak case you know will be defeated. All of this is happening in a space where the sure fire case is readily available. Still is… but the show must go on!

        Yeah I believe it was specifically designed to be easily defeated in the courts, but I can’t remember where I read about that
