It doesn’t appear we can. We can edit comments we make. But not posts. I’m having the same issue

You can’t. You can’t delete posts either. At least not that I have found.

If you want to delete or edit, temporarily login to the web interface (and hope your instance didn’t role out a buggy update that doesn’t allow you to login).

on comments you just hit the 3 dots and then edit

I also don’t see an obvious way to edit posts though
