I can’t decide for myself so I need some input, Would the 9060xt 16GB care be a worthy upgrade from my 1060 6GB?

I recently upgraded my entire build except for my gpu and I don’t have a whole lot of money to spend, so to me, this seems like the best card to get right now! Or is there a better one I’ve missed?
