It’s cool right? HOT filtering is giving me that Reddit-All style content which I enjoy(ed). I love finding niches.

      Happy to see it!

Out of these it’s the Zirc Hanko. It has the Lux-RC driver and XP-L Hi 4000k emitters

Those lights are beautiful. I’m now going down a rabbit hole looking at Hanko lights.

How does zirconium wear? I don’t know anything about the metal and am very curious.

Similar to titanium but with this being a super high polish it’s more of a shelf queen only to be carried rarely

Okay, I’m not an EDC guy, I got here from /all (is it called that?) So I have no idea.

Those are basically the exact same size, even the gap for the screw on front is the same. How different are these exepct for the design. I assume they use AA batteries? Do they use the same LED too? Maybe even the same driver board for the different light modes?

The main difference is in the design. They all use a 18350 rechargeable lithium battery except the Citadel that uses a 16340 lithium battery.

There’s three different drivers between these lights and I can put any LED in there that is 3v 3535 sized

I’m curious how the head and tube perfectly align for the one on the right (Citadel ?), I’ve seen it before and thought it looks really great. Although I wish these nice lights were more compact, they look fairly large for the size of the cell.

Jesse who makes the Citadel in his one man CNC shop makes them on the lathe first and then screws them as tightly as they fit together and then does the long cuts on the assembled body. When you screw it tightly it will always align perfectly.

I see, looking at pictures the tube is screwed down against the pill, I guess the pill must have some kind of hard stop when screwed down so that it doesn’t change position, as opposed to say and S2+ where the pill compresses the oring thus doesn’t have a hard stop.

Didn’t look at the sub, thought they were suppressors and was quite concerned lmao
