I guess I’m not buying any Olight products until this is properly resolved.

Thanks Reader9 for the tip!
Looking good!

You’re right, and extra clip would be a good idea. Thanks zzap!
Thanks for the reminder, zzap!
Oh, got it. They did indicate below that “the black TS10 clip is the latest and extended version”. I should get 2 then.
Agreed, 3000k option would be nice.
Browsed the link to the clip. What should I choose to get the black long clip please? I think choosing “black” then “suitable for TS10” would probably be the black short clip.
Patina is dope, plus I agree, scratches and dings on EDC gear do add character. Non-hobbyists probably won’t understand (especially collectors who just keep stuff in boxes). Thanks for the ketchup tip. Great to know we can make it “mainstream nice” again.
Alright, orange aux it is! My silver TS10 has red, BTW. Thanks zzap!
Thanks so much for the weight comparisons, zzap. I’m now kicking myself for not noticing the copper TS10 when I ordered my alu one. (It’s very nice though, and I love it.)
Great tip on clipping it on a hat, thanks. Will try to emulate that.
Thanks so much, zzap!
By copper is always changing, do you mean the patina that develops?
Ordered a Sofirn HS10 because I didn’t have an angled light and a warm light. It’s still in China customs lol.
I’m practically stopping myself from ordering the copper TS10 right now. The orange aux sounds good with the copper?
Haha! Very tempting. It’s good that the copper version is offered with 3000K CCT (is that the correct term?). Will consider getting one when my “hobby account” is no longer empty. I have too many hobbies. Sigh.
Sounds great! My silver color TS10 is just a few days old, and wasn’t aware of the copper one. Seriously thinking of getting one with 3000K haha.
Wow these are so pretty I’d be afraid to EDC them, haha.
That looks great! Does it feel noticeably heavier than the alu TS10, when in pocket?
Same! I’m confident that transferring to decentralized services would be the wiser choice.
IMO, it would be best to leave r/flashlight in restricted mode forever, so people can still see the useful info. Then officially announce the transfer to Lemmy (or kbin), and just rebuild the community.
At this point, completely opening r/flashlight again will make the community look weak, in the eyes of the R3ddit the company. In my honest opinion, of course.
Great to know that!
