You know what nearly anyone can do and many can be trained to do well? Shoot a rifle.
Some of the best shooters in the world are women. Like yeah, you should make sure everyone is up to snuff physically if they’re gonna be front lines (gotta be able to carry your battle buddy if they get shot) but being a stone cold killer is gender neutral.
