    Add a handful or two to anything saucy you’re making. E.g. soups, stews, chillies, curries etc.

    It’s not entirely unlike adding beans.

    Think of it as pasta, rice, potatoes… Make a sauce or season it to your liking

    I get that I boil it but… Then what, do I just eat them like hot cereal? What is this stuff?

      Stuff like that makes a good expander. Throw a scoop in some soup or something - just integrate it into recipes you already know and you’ll get a little extra bang out of each one.

    Add it to soups, stews, pasta dishes to add protein. Use it to replace ground beef.
