According to the description, the original video on youtube was deleted, but it does have a link to the transcription of the video, if that helps.
I’m not sure why you’re having trouble. The link works for me. Peertube is a federated system like Lemmy. You can try these other instances to see if you have better luck.
Are full stops not allowed in subtitles?
