I need a new Goggles for my analog whoops and I’m currently thinking about getting the HDZERO Goggles 2. The only disadvantages I see at the moment are the weight and the slow switching on process. Does anyone have experience with the HDZ 1 or 2?

Answer to linked discussion post, my V1 goggles start to scan for HDZero in 15 - 20 seconds. I don’t have an analog module but to show me a black screen with analog OSD it takes similar time. If this is to long you could try sleep mode.
I have a small issue with SD card. It’s doing integrity check after start, 2 minutes or so. If I want to use DVR, I have to wait for the check. Maybe sleep mode instead of shutdown avoids this.
Wight is okay for me, but that’s just my perception.

Thanks for the answer! Is your problem with the SD card due to the card? I think I can live with booting for 20 seconds. I always thought it was cool how quickly analog is there. I think it’s a shame that the HDZero AIO don’t have a black box. The AIO5 and AIO15…

I’m not sure about the SD card. I checked it with h2testw and found no issue. I did not really try to solve it so far. It is fine for me for now. ;-)
With the AIO, I think it is really impressive what they developed there. FC, 4in1 ESC, ELRS and a digital VTX on a 25x25 Board. Just look at the size of the Divimath chips, I think it is expectable they made some compromise.
Many FPV pilots I know don’t care much about BB.
