I also just found out about Zquil which is a sleep aid! “Maybe a better ingredient for pie” says my SIL jokingly. All jokes aside, I hope you feel better soon! 🫶🏼

The NyQuil has doxylamine succinate (an antihistamine with sedative properties) that helps you sleep at night.
